I paid 360.00 in 2 months and I was unable to gain access to my unit because it was locked. I contacted them several times and the unit remained locked even after confirming that I was current on Mt payment. My payment is 60 dollars a month yet they are charging me 120.00. I'm now contacting the better business department regarding this location the lack of communication and

Prices so competitive that I couldn't find any unit as nice and as affordable! The foundation is lifted and grated so there is virtually no chance of water penetration to the unit!
