I was totally satisfied in every aspect of my rental experience.
I am moving to this town in the near future but bought some furniture in the area I needed to store until I get there. Everyone was nice, helpful and professional on the phone. My sister met delivery drivers and said unit was nice. I could not be happier. I got a big enough unit where I can add things from my current home and any additional purchases.
KO Storage served our needs for a short-term storage unit. We couldn't get through the gate a few times, and phone calls were required to have someone either grant a temporary code, or remotely open the gate, but outside of that, we encountered no problems.
Unit was dirty. Will have to sweep and clean it out before I can store my things in there.
