Kelly and the rest of the staff were so so helpful! They made my experience here extraordinarily easy and stress free. Always were available to help, always personable, explained things very patiently to me, and helped save me a lot of hassle and money. So thankful for this experience! The units were clean and well kept, I felt safe there, my things felt protected there, and they do just such a good job. I never felt like I was alone in the process or just being used as a customer to get money. Always felt like they were on my side. Thank you!

We have had a great experience so far with our car storage. Large, secure, and dry space that is set up perfectly for storing our car over the winter months. Great communication and service from the staff as well! Highly recommend!

Very difficult to access. There is literally ALWAYS some large semi truck or box truck blocking all tenants access to their units, no matter what day you try to go, weekends, weekdays, it doesn’t matter. As there is only one entry door, when it’s blocked, you simply can’t get in. Big trucks keep parking there even though there is a nice loading dock, nobody seems to use it. Extremely frustrating if you need access to your stuff. All the carts get hogged up as well leaving nothing to use. Nice building overall, prices are average, most areas dimly lit, security and cleanliness are both good though, even has bathrooms which is nice. Overall I would not recommend, as there are several other facilities nearby that have regular drive-up units and many are also heated. With improvements this could be a nice place, but I left due to these ongoing issues.

I parked my car in the vault for two weeks. I knew that it would be safe which was very comforting indeed. Kelly who is the property site manager is very helpful and supportive. In addition she is also a pleasure to work with! We continue to rent a 10x20 storage unit and in addition I am planning on once again renting a parking space with electric access for both Feb & March.
