In store representative was very helpful. I dislike the required insurance clause that the in store representative had to spring on me; this should be part of the cost and certainly not a mandatory cost.

Storage
The facility was very clean and I was able to access the unit with very little effort. Personnel who worked at the storage facility were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We got a 10 x 10 unit for temporary storage and the whole process was painless. They included a lock for the unit if you did not buy your own, for a fair price. Easy to drive up to and unload our stuff, and right off of 340. Would definitely use again if needed

William UlrickWe rented a climate controlled 10 x 20 in ranson WV over the phone. We told the employee helping us we would be there until after office hours. We payed and received gate codes but never got codes for the doors leading to the climate controlled units. There is also no instructions to get codes. We tried calling but there is no customer service outside of business hours (M-F) 9-5pm. So we waisted 2 hrs on the road and had to find another storage company to store our belongings. 10/10 would recommend finding a different company to rent from if this is standard operating procedure. Requesting a refund after the weekend will update with that process after it is settled completed. Update: we were able to get a refund and informed this is a known error in their automation. Leaving as a one star due to the inconvenience but will note the customer service in resolving the issue was good.

2ctheoceanExpect outragous rent increases of up to 25% every 3-4 months. Also expect elevators/AC to be out and for them to have little 'steps' to get into buildings making carts unreasonable. The one bright spot is the staff... when they're actually available they're great, but they're out of office whenever I need something. Cannot wait to move out.
