I visited Shield Storage to inspect the property and received assistance from Bryan, a helpful individual. He provided information about the units and the services offered. The facility seemed clean and secure. I highly recommend them for storing items when you're short on space.

The new staff that started in August/September 2023 has made a difference in the security and cleanliness of the facility. I want to mention Leslie, I think that's her name, the service you will receive from her is hard to match in this industry. And the gentleman that works with her make a good pair. Don't be stupid and be respectful, they do well to keep trash out, and to filter people that try to camp on-site. Good job!

Would be helpful to be able to utilize more types of locks, as well as having a bit later access to the units, purely due to those of us who work until its nearly closing hours. But the facility is kept clean certain staff is nice and helpful. One of the security guards was EXTREMELY nice and did his very best to assist with our issue and didn't come down on us for not being fully aware of the time. Price is definitely manageable .

When I first moved in everything seamed on the up and up, except for the lady behind the counter never gave me my change from the fifty bucks I gave her to cover $38 remaining on my move in fee. It wasn't a big deal by it self. About a week later there was a rain storm and the "mechanism"seen in the pictures for keeping the door from locking (a piece of card stock taped over the bolt on the door ) had gotten wet and failed. I told the same (short change lady) about the problem and her frustration was very noticable, I didn't understand, why not just use the key for the door to unlock it I said, she replied with I already told you! I need to call the person in charge and get the proper procedure for the pproblem I couldn't believe how rude she was being towards me like I was the cause of the problem this problem had made me late to an appointment and wasn't that big of a deal until she made it a big deal some people just weren't meant to be in customer service.
