Horrible experience. My rent went from $271/month in January to a renewal of $404 in Sept. after 9 months. Classic Bait and switch. They also have a late fee of $76 if you miss by 6 days. (my auto pay was deactivated without my knowledge). Do not use this business - go with locally owned. I normally do not ascribe "Greed" to corporations, but every contact with this business begins with "Pay Your Bill", not "How Can We Help". That's their priority.

I rented a storage for 1 month on a promotion for 1 month free just had to pay service fees i told the lady at the front desk that I only needed month because I was in the middle of moving and only needed the 1 month she said that's fine just remove all of your things before the 1st of the next month remove the lock and leave the storage door open and she would know i was gone and would close the account so that is what I did the next month came and I get a bill for 190$ i call3d public storage and explained i was gone before the next month and the lady said they would remove the balance close the account 3 months later I get a bill from a collection agency for 190$ this is some theft bull this place sucks

We used Public Storage Company in Vancouver, WA to store our truck. The manager there was Allan. This facility was orderly, well managed with a personable and competent manager. Allan was very helpful whenever any questions came up. When we are in need of storage facilities in the future, this is definitely where we will come.
