100% Satisfied. Location, unit, parking, Security, cost, access, locks, website, keypads, iPhone app = all GREAT. Fantastic assistance from site representative Mark, who spoke with me on the phone in advance (and confirmed via measuring) that my 12 foot kayak would fit into their elevators and into a 10x5 unit that I was considering leasing. Kayak fit in both perfectly. Mark also gave me a follow-up call after the move. Highly Recommend!
