Good facilities, clean and customer service was good!
The lady I talked to was extremely nice and very helpful when trying to figure out what size unit would work best for me.
It's been a rough 4-5 months for everyone,and I found myself in situation which has prevented me from returning to my primary residence in BC due to border closure! So,after couch surfing 4 1/2 months out in VT with family, I finally returned to Spokane to sell my small place here and will be moving to my daughter's place in the hopefully near future. I needed a storage place quickly for some furniture & I'm TRYING to keep things simple for now. I found this place on line and the rest just fell into place. Reservation was easy. I called and then drove out there for the paperwork. Christa was the employee who took care of me and she not only make the process easy but she was just truly delightful to work with ! The unit I rented is clean and had no musty odors and the whole site seems very safe and clean. Thank you for making at least one thing in this crazy situation at a difficult time, a "breeze" for me. I would definitely recommend your facility!
I would recommend this company to anyone. My experience was great and I reserved a unit on the same day and was moved in two hours later. Very nice office. Plus you can send mail and packages to the office for free.
