Great place to rent a storage unit
This place was clean and employees were very nice and friendly.

Clean, easy to find, Manager was very helpful.
The place was easy to find. The manager on duty directed me to the parking spot for my pickup. Where I parked my pickup is close to the gate, which is a big plus. I am quite sure my pickup will be safe there.

Honestly, if I could, I would give it less stars. Just recently got the storage unit out of necessity and with everything going on I asked for them to help me set up auto pay over the phone. They said that they could do that online since I’m paying my bill over the phone and they can just set it to where automatically comes out. Whoever I spoke to did not actually set up the auto pay and I got a bunch of notifications was charged late fees and the ease of use isn’t even that good. I have been to the Public Storage down the street in South Hill Puyallup and OMG significantly better customer service! Wish I had set up a unit down there as I am very confident that when someone was helping me there, I would’ve actually received help. Additionally every time I’ve been to this location. No one is actually on site either all around not a happy client will definitely be switching storage unit units pronto!!!! And if you are the type of person that likes hands-on health just due to life ease, this is definitely not the place for you! Not to mention inconvenient for bringing in large U-Haul’s if that is how you are bringing in your things.

Jonathan HesterPlease don’t store your items here. I had my personal belongings stored for 1.5 years. Coming back just to find rat droppings and urine all over my furniture. I had to throw away everything it was so bad. There is an obvious rat infestation that they are not addressing. Paying 100+ Dollars a month just for it to be ruined. All that was stated was “looks like you don’t have insurance on the unit”. If you care about the items you are storing, i recommend somewhere else. If I could give zero starts I would. Max did his best to help, but it simply wasn’t enough. Do your own research.
The FarklenatorRats ruined my couch and computer chairs rat shit and piss on everything and it went from $80-$130 in the time I was here just for my stuff to get ruined? What’s the point I should be refunded for the whole time if my stuff just got ruined because of their negligence
