Very clean facility with great security. The office staff was very kind with excellent customer service. Pricing on units is absolutely amazing, and the $1 for our 1st month was a great welcome.

One of my friends needed boxes, so he took me there, and that’s when we met this gentleman Cesar Castro. I highly recommend him. He is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, and he truly knows what he’s doing. If you’re confused or unsure about which boxes or storage options you need for your items, Cesar is the right person to talk to. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, asks what you need, and then guides you step by step in the right direction. He helped us choose the correct boxes and the right storage unit to safely store our items. What I learned from him is to be patient and follow his instructions when you do, everything goes smoothly. He explained every detail thoroughly, and if you go step by step with his guidance, you won’t have any problems. The facility is brand new, clean, and well maintained, making it the perfect place to store your valuable and priceless items. Thank you, Cesar, for your excellent service!
Teresa CosioI was super thrilled I could do 90% of the process online. Then went to drop stuff off to find no attendant at 2 in the afternoon to get me a lock and the take was still on the unit. So, now my truck can't be used to clear my yard until Monday. Why send the code if I won't have access to the unit.
Andrelyn IzquierdoI’ve been with Public Storage for about 4 years. There is usually no employees in the front main office. It’s a hassle trying to get service here. I’ve only seen one lady once this year in 2024 doing her walks arounds. My storage unit has been stolen from multiple times and the insurance that needs to be paid for from Public Storage doesn’t do anything about it either even when I was locked out from my unit for about a couple of months and someone stole my entire unit. They did have to fix that situation. Since last year in 2023, my storage unit door has been getting additional vandalism markings.
