Jon was amazing! I previously looked into multiple storage options and happed to stop by Gotta Store It. Although there was another place closer and roughly the same price, they weren’t as helpful and professional as Jon. I completed the paperwork online and he offered to help me with any problems or questions I had. He was friendly, courteous, and proactive. He made renting this storage unit extremely easy! Thanks Jon!

Good service and they don't increase rates like other big chains. Only downside is the first unit I had leaked water from the roof into the unit. Also the climate control is pretty weak because they "keep the temperature just above the dewpoint" to prevent moisture from forming, so it's still pretty cold in the units in winter.

I'd like to start by saying that emotions are involved. However I'll try to be as honest as possible with you, the reader. We moved today from this storage facility completely after purchasing a heated storage. Also noted that the storage is promised to be pest free. Not only was about 60% of our items moldy. They were covered in rat droppings and urine. A couch set was totally soaked with urine. Dressers were moldy and photographs lost. Personal, non-replaceable items. The couch set was given to us by our great uncle that was super important and meant a lot to us. We wanted warn anyone who is thinking about using this facility. Please do your due diligence and don't hesitate to ask questions. Please be careful. Some momentos can't be replaced.

I'VE STORED MY BELONGINGS WITH A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT STORAGE PLACES AND I'VE GOT TO SAY THIS ONE I GIVE FIVE STARS TOTALLY !! IT WAS VERY EASY AND CONVENIENT BECAUSE I'M BUSY AND WORK LONG SHIFTS I WAS ABLE TO DO EVERYTHING ONLINE. I HAD ALSO GOTTEN SOME BOXES AND I THOUGHT THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PICK THEM UP FROM THE STORE BUT THEY WERE ALREADY IN MY STORAGE UNITS WITH MY LOCK.. IT WAS AMAZING THE FACILITY IS VERY CLEAN THERE'S LOTS OF CAMERAS FOR SURVEILLANCE SO YOU FEEL SECURE IN THE 100 ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND ANOTHER BIG PLUS IS THEY ARE OPEN LATE FOR THOSE THAT WORK LATE 👍😁

Clean and secure storage. Employees are nice. The big negative is the gate hours 9am-9pm. Makes it difficult if you have a fishing boat or Rv trying to hit the lakes or roads early. Most places have a much earlier gate time. Updated review....Unfortunately the hours have not changed, so if you are a business owner or fisherman it is very difficult since you will not be able to get in until 9am. The management did respond to the original review but has not responded on the progress on getting the times changed. The other disappointing thing about this storage is the rent goes up every year!
