The process was so fast and pleasant. I'm totally impressed
I bought a lock online which I was unaware of during sign up and then purchased a lock with cash during move in. The manager should have known that the lock had already been purchased since the email came from him.
First off... it was 1030am and a week day not holiday and no manager was in sight. Called customer service they said she was a no call no show. How unprofessional. The units are flat but u have to go up and down a hill to get there and it sucked with a uhual trailer. The inside units are a maze and kind of creepy. Im glad I'm only using it for a month.
