David was very friendly and helpful
Was concerned of course during a Pandemic that I would find what I needed and feel comfortable with during these strange times. Set up everything online quick and easy, met at the facility where they had the office set up for safe distancing and limited physical requirements. Was a safe and secure move in and the facility kept communication simple and easy through text and email. Very professionally done.
Wendy working there was able to solve a problem. I reserved online weeks in advance a 5x 10 unit drive up. It was double booked. And the one I was told was reserved was given away. So I had to take a hall way one. I ended up going with a 5x15 instead. Was a perfect t fit for storing the ex husband's belongings till divorce final. The price was even cheaper. I was very pleased by her customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable. And very understanding of the situation I am in. Wendy was outstanding. I would recommend this storage unit company to my friends. 2nd time I've rented from this location.
I love public storage although I can't wait until the hours on the facility go back to regular but I'm still impressed
Kevin was great. He was very thorough and considerate of my needs. He made everything simple and yet effective. My hats off to him.
