We moved in a day later than planned and ended up needing help, the front desk lady was happily ready to help and she was really nice.

The facility is convenient and affordable. The staff there has been very friendly and helpful. The whole area is well maintained. It's very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Not only was she prompt in acknowledging my initial reservation request, she was there for me to get it finalize over the phone when no one was in the office on site to help. She was able to walk me though everything and even show me how to access my spot and its location without even being there. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Inna V!!!!!RAT INFESTATION!!!!! I want to start by saying the service at this Public Storage location was good. The office manager has always been friendly. However, there is a major rat infestation issue. I personally saw rats outside and reported it to the office, but I was told there’s “no rat problem” unless someone reports damage to their belongings. Unfortunately, I later discovered that all of my stored items were damaged — my couch, leather dining chairs, mattress, and even my kids’ toys were covered in rat feces and urine, and many items were chewed through. To make things worse, their insurance is a complete scam. After all this damage, I was told they would only pay me a maximum of $250!!! That’s insulting, considering the extent of the loss and the health hazard caused by the infestation. It’s disappointing because the staff are nice, but Public Storage really needs to take responsibility for pest control and offer fair insurance coverage. I would strongly caution others to think twice before storing anything valuable here.
Courtney ConettoStarted out fine, promotions were great. Not even four months in we find rat poop all over our unit, the only solution that was given was to make a claim with the insurance. We also received a $50 increase after promotions ended. We are also questioning the actual size of the unit. We had a 10x10 but it seemed to be more like an 8x8 especially after seeing other places storage units.
