This particular Public Storage is awesome. As a first time renter, I was surprised how clean and organized the propery was given it being South Everett. The unit i rented was clean and secure which was very important to me. The properry manager Ian was super friemdly, helpful, and professional. He helped navigate the unit, how to access it, and how to use the the app. He answered all my questions promply and overall made my experience seamless. Thank you Ian and Public Storage fpr the excellent unit and service. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to choose Public Storage when I need it.

I am so grateful for Ian at the airport road location for he was so excellent and kind while he stayed late letting me finish up ppwk as I am new here. The lady at the other location was ridiculously rude, but Ian gets 5 stars PLUS no doubt!!!

[ An employee LOCKED ME INSIDE my storage unit. I had to be cut out by the fire department and wasn´t able to take two duffel bags I had packed, so my dog's ashes and my deceased mother's favorite porcelain figurine are still inside my unit and about to be sold at auction. The staff won't allow me to get the two bags and has not apologized for trapping me inside my unit ] ***Original Review*** Such helpful and understanding staff. A great, safe and clean place to store your belongings. They make rental a breeze and the app turns you're phone into a gate remote so you don't even have to memorize a code. Affordable rates and convenient location right off the swift bus lines.

Ian helped me so good, lady at nearby location was not helpful so moved sites. Customer service agent was also helpful and Ian helped me set up the app and update account information.

Ian, the manager, is fantastic! He helped me with some problems I was having and went out of his way to make sure I was settled and ok. I have never had a better experience with a storage company.
