Overall Everett Storage is a good storage facility and it meets my needs plus my wallet doesn't get emptyed when it comes time to pay the monthly fee, which is nice. Other storage units I have had where way to over priced and I could never get the size storage I need and I end up paying more for empty space. Here at Everett Storage the opptions where open and it was easy to transition from a size I thought I needed to a smaller size where I am now satisfied with the space.

I highly recommend Everett Downtown Storage on Hewitt to anyone needing a storage unit in the Everett area. We rented a 10x15’ unit for almost two years while we were having a house built on a small island in Puget Sound, and our belongings were always safe and secure in their clean and well-maintained storage facility. The staff members are so kind and helpful, and I especially appreciate all the times I needed to email or call Anne or Sheree to ask a question or to let them know something with our timeline changed, because every time they went above and beyond in terms of outstanding customer service. While we’re glad to have all of our belongings moved in to our new home, we both feel sad to say goodbye to Everett Storage on Hewitt. Thank you for everything over the past almost two years, and we’ll send anyone we know who needs storage your way!
Romy SnyderUpdate 12/30/25: Rec'd a call from one of the owners letting me know that I could call him personally if the office was closed again during business hours. Thank you, Joe! All was great with the exception of twice that I went to the office during their Open Hours and there was a sign on the door saying they'd be back with a clock and the time. I had driven more than 20 minutes and couldn't wait until they returned. Inconvenient.

The staff was kind and accommodating extending my rental 2 days in a row when I couldn’t get the U-Haul back in time, they even called to check on how things were going and remind me to breathe- alll would be ok and that was the support I needed- Ty so much for your kindness and helping hand

Sheree went above and beyond with helping me get exactly the storage units that I needed for me and my family. She is extremely knowledgeable and has EXCELLENT customer service . She is very friendly and makes you feel "welcomed". I felt like I have known her for years and I know our belongingsare in great hands woth her there. Thank you again for all the great help Sheree!!!
