A little shabby but customer service was exceptional and parking for boat was easy

The Property Manager explained every nuance of our agreement in detail and answered clearly and professionally all questions. In and out within 30 minutes including a facilities tour. Couldn't ask for more.
I made my reservation on line, drove two miles to Public Storage, The lady behind the counter said she would be right with me, she was making a phone call, seconds later my cell phone rang, it was Margo calling about my reservation, that is customer service at it's best.
