Quick, Easy, and all online.
Renting a storage unit is usually a pain with lots of paperwork and time consuming. Not this place. From making my reservation to putting my stuff in my unit was quick, easy and all online. Once everything was confirmed I got a text with my gate code and unit number. Staff were friendly when we spoke on the phone. Plus they had the cheapest rate for this area.

I stop by in person (Wed early in the afternoon), waited 2 hours here. Nobody showed up. Luckily I get to enjoy the ☀️ for a bit, and the weather was pleasant. Over the course of 3 days (3 business days), I LVM every single day about wanting to cancel my auto-pay because I am moving. They never called me back for the 3 VM that I left. Today, I got an email saying I was auto-pay charged. So it’s gonna be even more work. My to-do list went from 2 tasks to 3 tasks. 😔☹️ 1—get my next month rent back (new task) 2—stop the auto-pay 3—tell them I’m moving out end of the month. Hopefully they’ll eventually call me back……
Loretta SassamanI recently had a great experience at Public Storage South Bellevue and wanted to acknowledge the outstanding customer service. Harim and Robin were both extremely helpful from start to finish. Harim, in particular, truly went above and beyond the realm of customer service. He took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained, including the bathrooms, which I really appreciate. I’ve read other reviews mentioning that Public Storage raises their rates after several months. In my experience, while that can be true, it hasn’t been a problem in my case. Overall, I’m very pleased with this location and especially with the professionalism and care shown by these men. Highly recommend!

Jose F. is the nicest manager. Always willing to help (if he can) and goes above and beyond for tenants. He went out of his way to say hi on the first day I moved in and every time since he's been so great. Storage management is a thankless job and he has the best attitude. Absolutely recommend this facility!

He took the time to show us exactly how to use the app and explained how the gate and locks work. When we realized our first unit wasn't big enough, he didn't miss a beat and helped us upgrade to a larger space immediately. He made what could have been a stressful day so much easier. If you go here, definitely ask for Harim!

But honestly, the main difference here is the service. Any time I’ve needed help – gate code, billing questions – Harim has handled it quickly and professionally. He walked me through the unit options, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I understood the pricing, access hours, and security details before I signed anything.
