Best staff they cared and helped 100%
Renting a storage unit is usually a pain with lots of paperwork and time consuming. Not this place. From making my reservation to putting my stuff in my unit was quick, easy and all online. Once everything was confirmed I got a text with my gate code and unit number. Staff were friendly when we spoke on the phone. Plus they had the cheapest rate for this area.
Clean Excellent customer service. (C customer's bathroom are not accessible because they are always locked)
Great facicility. The customer bathrooms are always locked; very strange 😕 The receiption staff is excellent.
