Susan LIike it better now that I'm here a bit. I love Susanna in the office! Only thing is they have one person in charge of 3 locations so if you need to even sign up and show your ID, you might have to make an appt. I'm still deciding if I like my door not being a roll up, but it hasn't really posed any problems yet, then again I do have small things like bags and boxes. It's never busy that I've seen, too me that's a plus. I'm not blocking anyone and no one is blocking me. I am worried about the rent though, I can't even afford mine. It's a struggle every month trying to come up with the money, but the price now is good. Really, Susanna is what I love so much about this place and why I gave it 5 stars. *:)
Shauntel DavisDO NOT pay to leave your things here! Just went to my unit, items missing! And the person left their jacket behind in MY unit?!? Filing a police report apparently... Services NOT rendered since my things are NOT secure clearly. Bought my own lock, and it came with 2 keys. When I was called to let me know my old lock was cut, new lock on and keys were ready for pick up. Then I get there and im only given ONE key?!?? So I inquire why am I not getting both keys... this was the explanation: "we keep a key to install the lock 🤔 then give you one, and we will discard the other one" wait what? Show up to my unit lock/door etc in tact. Open unit, items missing and random jacket left behind?... I am then given the Same explanation about the key. I am told by the property manager thats "the key policy". Police and now Coorporate are involved. Its funny, every Except the property manager thinks someone that works there is involved. Paid every month w/ insurance on time since April 2024!
