Must say the friendliest staff. We showed up the day before our move in to check the location and make sure our 28ft trailer and dually would fit and unfortunately it was not going to work for us. However Jerry was super helpful and reversed the payment and reservation for us. Thank you for being so understanding.

She eliminated more paperwork and saved me money at the same time. She understood my situation and gave me empathy for time constraints. She was willing to work with me and assured me that everything was going to work out. I highly appreciate Thomasina for her knowledge and sincerity with great customer service. She is highly recommended.

Travis EllisThis facility had a 5 stars from me until I actually stored my things here for a month. The "climate controlled units" arent actually climate controlled, nobody at the front office EVER picks up the phone (my 4th time this week attempting to reach them), and they raised our rent an absurd amount even though we've only stayed here for a month and a half. $84 to $160 is a pretty insane increase.
Sydney PesqueraThomasine has an amazing customer service her professional. Very knowledgeable and helpful in today’s job bro many people don’t care for what they do. They just show up at work. This young lady goes beyond. She deserves a spa treatment on the company or a dinner for two. She is very attentive and listens to everyone’s problems as I was there, and she was showing me a couple of units. There was another customer there that needed her help and she made sure she acknowledged them and assure them she was coming right back up to help them out with their problem. You don’t see that very much.
