Amazing customer service! This was my first time getting a storage unit and I had a plethora of questions. Daeja answered each one enthusiastically, making sure I got the best deal and unit, and helped me understand every aspect of renting. Move in was easy, and the units are surprisingly secluded so I feel like my items are safe.

Miranda MatzganisSo unfortunate to leave a bad review for anyone. But unfortunately this is what we need to do. The young lady at the desk tried her best to help but noted since we didn’t pay for the insurance we couldn’t be reimbursed or compensated for damages. That being said, We had a MAJOR rat infestation. We had to throw away pretty much everything in the unit including prior military memorabilia and personal sentimental things. We have only been in the unit a short amount of time. This is extremely upsetting but also a financial burden. We did an online booking and didn’t realize the insurance wasn’t included. My recommendations for anyone seeking to store their personal belongings to look elsewhere. With insurance or not. This was a really upsetting experience as sentimental items aren’t replaceable.
