Fantastic customer service and fast efficient process. Storage facility is well kept and clean. Easy access to drive up to the units and a secure location.
Excellent service
Super helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and went very smooth. I got there just before closing and there was no hint of bad attitude, which is rare these days. I fully expected a bad attitude because of my lateness and feel so bad that I was that close to closing time.
Very polite staff and very clean
Every time I would make a trip there you would see someone cleaning and spraying for any and everything. And Jennifer was very polite and helpful. The staff greeted you and make you feel very comfortable. Would store my things there again anytime.

Recently had the need for a medium size storage unit in checked out the businesses that were nearest to me. The entire experience from my first phone call to and on site visit was handled in a friendly and professional manner. My interactions with Christine sealed the deal the prices of the competitors I evaluated were very similar so the personal attention and efficient and professional manner in which they operate was the most important thing. The facility has good security. I’m not the least bit concerned about that.
Jeff DuvalJust want to leave a quick word of thanks to Shan. She has been a "go to" since I opened 2 units. Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous since I opened my units months ago. One time, I lost my key to my units and she cut off the locks and provided me with new ones. Not like other storage unit employees. I highly recommend mystorage and Shan!!!!!!
Big Son's LawncareJust wanted to share my move in experience from today. First compared to Public Storage its from Rags to Riches literally! But what I'm not pleased with is the advertising of "First Month FREE" I was told because they only had one unit left I was not eligible for the First month FREE! I don't agree with this at all.
