We got the AAA rate with one month free. But we moved in a couple day later than our reserved date. Shawn was very helpful to modify our reservation and made us still be eligible for the discounted rate. He was also very patient at explaining everything from the keylock to auto-payment. Very good experience with the facility. The only downside is, the gate is not locked. But the manager explained there are tenants living here in the facility and helping to maintain the certain level of the security. Will recommend anymore to choose them for storage.
