Kim took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly and helped me find the best option for my needs. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days—she was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Kim. She truly goes above and beyond! 👏😊

Terrible location. Have rented 3 months in a row. The entire time only 1 door worked. There are no hand trucks or uboats…ever. I spent 2 hours hauling individual boxes to my unit. No humans on site. Be sure to read the reviews and spend your money elsewhere

Please reconsider...I have been using this storage location for about 4 months now. I did lots of research ahead of time trying to find the perfect location to house my business inventory. There were several factors that encouraged me to choose this location, specifically the great customer service reviews, the access hours and cleanliness of the facility! However within the last month, all of this has changed dramatically! To sum it up, there is NO staff on site any longer! What used to be office has now been replaced with a wall that has a "full service kiosk," that I have yet been able to access. This kiosk has remained behind a locked door for at least 2 weeks! There were at least 4 occasions when I could not get into the sliding doors. Please keep in mind, I'm trying to pull inventory for my business and cannot get access! There were several times within the last 3 weeks that the property was filthy! I mean trash, boxes, broken glass, even mattresses & furniture -for several days at that! This last few times I went, the elevator was broken. I called the # claiming it was to a live agent during business hours and got a voicemail 3x! The elevators certificates appear to be expired! One elevator doesn't even have one! It's getting real sloppy over here and I'm in search of a new facility! Also keep in mind, I called the 800# and was told it would take up to 72 hours to hear from someone! I needed items for the next day and couldn't even get upstairs to obtain them in time which makes me look bad to my customer! No apology, no compensation, not even a return call from the property owner/district manager! They need real people back on site immediately! If you are someone who will need regular consistent access to your items, keep looking!

I’ve made many attempts to reach someone here and at the Mechanicsville location to make payment on a unit I won in an auction. No response for over 5 days. I decided to drive to the unit where my auction winnings is located since the main Public Storage hotline claims I can make a payment at any Public Storage. Welp, no one here, their self service vestibule is buggy and unreliable. On top of that, I was able to open this side door. I did not go inside but what’s the point of a keypad for locked access if the premise door doesn’t even stay closed and lock? This place is wasting my time and I really want to pay them, and avoid bidding on another Public Storage unit ever again.

Love that the storage building is so clean. The down falls are sometimes the app doesn't work to automatically unlock the gate, only 1 loading area and only 1 cart for unloading. With all of the units they have inside there needs to be more than 1 cart and more than 1 loading area.
