While moving and securing storage simultaneously, Nigel, whom Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve yet to meet in person, was very accommodating and made sure I was able to move in after the office was closed. Spoke with Karen initially over the phone, very helpful. Met her the next business day, efficient and professional. Facility is very clean.
