Veronica, who I’ve been helped by many times, is a serious problem solver. She easily educates me on the storage system. Since most of it can be used after understanding techno navigating, you can then find your way. Since the whole point is AI, right! I just hope that Veronica is recognized by monetary and promotion rewards bestowed upon her for her service in the corporation for her very effective personalized help to Public Storage customers!
Amanda DelaneySo another update with this location, I rented a 5x10 for $44 dollars a month I have made that payment going on 4 months, two weeks before payment was due it said $62 was due . I reached out via CSE and then I called the location directly leaving a voice mail , Not until the day after when payment was late did I get a phone call back. Missed the call tried calling again no answer left VM. I got on the app and started a live chat where I was told there was a unit price increase . I explained that this was never disclosed to me when signing the agreement. Nor was I even notified. She then proceeded to tell me she would now would be sending the price increase notification email …. After the fact . Told me I could call or do something to dispute it but the instructions given were so vague and I can’t ever reach anyone at the property. I’m looking online now where one in my area I can find the same size unit for cheaper under there name . I also can locate one at this location for $47 . With how expensive life is right now not happy how this was handled.
