Dana was really helpful in determining if the storage unit I was looking to rent was suitable for my needs. She also explained the details of the rental, where as the 3rd party that they have through setting up online reservations does not tell of the hidden insurance coverage fee (so make sure to ask about that)(or just go see Dana in person). So there was a disconnect there, but Dana and her great personality made the experience much better doing it in person.
