I'm selling my house and I'm in the process of emptying its contents so I can upgrade a few things before I sell it. Errol, the young man that helped me, did a great job showing me the facility and explaining how things work. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities. My unit is very clean and easy to get to. I made a good choice.

I was at a different location they almost doubled the price so I moved to this location and I made an agreement to stay here for 1 year and I asked literally 3 times before I signed if the price will change and the person said NO. Now they almost doubled my rent at this location too without any notice. And when I called and said I was told the price wasn’t going to change the lady said “ whoever told you that lied to you”.

Today, I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Ms. Tricia, whose support was invaluable. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to clear out my storage earlier than anticipated. Having spent years in customer service myself, I was particularly impressed by her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. It truly is a blessing to encounter such a kind and helpful person. We should take the time to recognize and celebrate the positive contributions of individuals like her in our communities.
Sang KimMy visit went alright. However, I was not able to open the gate with my app when I was able to previously and had to put in code. Also, the monthly price did rise and is a bit high.
