I am so grateful for Ryan and CubeSmart! I needed a storage space for the summer for my college student and Ryan helped me minimize my costs and have a smooth, easy move-in experience. I noticed a spot in the storage space and was concerned that it was water, but Ryan mentioned that he had checked it after rain and it was not wet from rain but was likely a spill from a prior renter. I appreciated his attention to detail!

Great place!! Great price, good customer service. Len Lynch was very friendly & very helpful with me and my friend get our credentials all set up by registering and getting everything set up. Also, good environment and clean place.

Seems like a well-maintained space. My gripe is that we booked a space and at move-in found it was leaky. So we were offered the next size up at the same price of the space we wanted (difficult door also added to the discount), so took that space. Two months later our rent increased $65 -- perhaps to the original price of the larger space. Door still difficult. So, that felt a bit shady -- move in at this great price, settled? Ok, pay more. Meh.

Convenient, quality location with excellent service. We looked at other options - don’t waste your time. Everything can be completed online, and staff is a phone call away for questions. Highly recommend.

Ryan was so helpful in troubleshooting with me with regard to location of facility that best fit my needs. He offered good information so I could make my own choice — I didn’t feel he was persuading me in any direction but was allowing me to bounce off him all the pieces ofwhat I was looking for to make decision that o feel good about (no Renters remorse here!). I very much appreciated that aspect most of all.
