With multiple storage unit facilities around the area, it was hard to know where to rent from. I decided to give Protection Self Storage a try and man I'm glad I did. Their people are the best. They went above and beyond to help and answer questions. I can tell they care and that makes a big difference to me. Their facility was clean and their pricing is really good too. I'm so glad I chose them and If I ever need to rent again, these are my guys!

I was worried that renting a storage unit would be a huge headache but everything was super smooth from move in, renting, to move out. I interacted with the office several times while renting and the communication was always super fast. I will definitely rent here if I need a storage unit again!

Nona GriffithsI'm a disabled elderly woman living on a fixed income and I have been with this company just short of a year and I needed to move into a smaller unit. When they told me that I would be charged more for the smaller unit I didn't understand why and the guy told me rudely, (it's the going rate) when I asked if they could pro-rate 7 days so that I could find help to move out, he said, (no we don't do that, you have to pay the monthly amount) which had been less than getting a 5x10. He was mean and rude, he made me feel as if I had no choice but to pay for a month that didn't need it for. I called back on the day before my monthly payment was due to cancel my lease only to have them tell me that I had to give them 10 days notice! I don't believe that I have been treated fairly! I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if your a disabled elderly female!!!
