Like the facility - very clean
Easy to work with and seamless rental.
Great company. Easily handled this reservation with a service member who was patient, calm, gave great breakdown explanation, and friendly demeanor. Use the app, left logged in beforehand and it's easy. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience here thanks to Dave. I originally rented a smaller unit, and he kindly let me upgrade to a larger one for free — which was incredibly helpful during my move. What really stood out was how easy he made everything. He even gave me three days to transfer my belongings from one unit to the other at no extra cost and with zero hassle. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and accommodating. Dave was professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for storage with people who actually care, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Samlili AdamsOk so I was ina real bind with getting laid off from work November 2025 and searching for affordable storage company with great customer service that's both with app and in person customer service. Have been with Extra Storage Space since September 2025. The app is very user friendly and being able to communicate with a live Manager like Dan who runs it over in Spanish Fork has been amazingly helpful. Even going through this he is still understanding and helpful in working with me and in days of this hardship he is amazing with his customer service and I've recommended him to others looking for Storage. He's personable, professional and very pleasant, easy to talk with. He's easy to communicate with and very transparent. I'm very grateful how he runs things! He's the best! Thanks Dan!
