We just moved in, so I can't speak for long term but so far initial experience has been fantastic. They offered a free lock and the premises is super clean and well maintained. A huge upgrade from our last unit (where we had to rent an air compressor just to get all the dust and dirt off everything before moving). The doors glide smoothly there is lighting inside and a cart to move everything... Very impressed so far. No complaints yet :)

Top-notch people so willing to help and the facility is clean. Their pricing is better than others and they don't play games with their pricing later. I love Protection Self Storage!

EDIT: I double and triple checked, and I received no reply from Self Storage, despite claims to the contrary. I'd love to give Protection Self Storage a higher review, as they were very helpful when I had a crisis and had to move out late. BUT, after unloading I discovered that some of my boxes had viscous slime on the outside. One box in particular, pictured below, was coated in it inside and out. I didn't have anything in my storage unit even remotely liquid, so it didn't come from my stuff. That specific box just had blankets, a leather bag, and my old laptop. When I tried to contact Self Storage about it (well over a month ago), they never responded. This wouldn't be a problem if it didn't damage my stuff, but I had my old laptop in that particular box, one that I don't use anymore but still needed to get files off, and it's ruined. As a result I need to take it to an electronics store to get the info off the hard drive, which will probably cost me more money. I rented a climate controlled unit specifically for my electronics and leather items. I'm very displeased with the lack of cleanliness, and with the lack of professionalism in ghosting me when I tried to contact them. EDIT: A laptop would not produce this much slime (especially one that wasn't particularly old or broken), nor would battery acid or similar excretions be of this consistency. I emailed them again, per their response to my review, and they have not responded after a week. They do not seem to care about me so much as they want to appear to care.
