Always reliable
Have rented multiple times. My only concern with the most recent, i received paperwork with my sig? Paperwork I did not receive previously or sign.. I appreciate the security and friendliness of commerce staff. What I DON'T APPRECIATE IS someone signing documents with my signature that I had not received or signed... This worries me... A great deal. The docs came from a location, NOT where I'm renting. The docs on file for Dec 2023 are falsified, the sig IS NOT BY ME.

Justin is the manager there and he is truly the absolute BEST!!!! He is so friendly and always willing to help out however he can. He helped me set up my unit and has helped me through the years. He’s amazing and deserves a raise!! He’s the best part of the facility and the facility is great!
