We had issues with the connection online and the associate I spoke with was very helpful with getting me checked in and into the facility
Cheapest storage I could find around town but the hours suck that you can get into the storage area. There is no on site management or employees so if you have any issues like the gate being wide open for days at a time you will have to call them. A lot of the units have very high curbs to get into them so keep that in mind depending on what you will be moving in.
Most units are not level. The gates are always broken and just left open. Nobody is on property so no office staff or a person to talk to if there is an issue. We moved out in February and called the number and let them know and they said ok they would put in the notice and never did so a month later they realized we're not there mind you we left the door opened when we left so that lets you know how often someone is checking on the property and they charged us for a unit we moved out of the previous month. They said they would not be refunding money. So no I will not ever use them again and I wouldn't tell anyone to rent there for theft and safety concern reasons.
