My move out experience was a nightmare! I went to move all my furniture out of my climate controlled storage unit yesterday and I found my mattress, box spring, nightstand, dresser, and couch have all been ruined with mold and infested with rodent pee and poop. I was told I would have to dispose of those items elsewhere not at the dumpster on site or I would be charged extra. First off, I’m pregnant and that’s highly toxic to even be around those items that have mold present on them so it was a very unprofessional approach of the manager of the facility to deal with the situation of me losing all my furniture-was not sympathetic toward the situation at all just seemed more concerned about telling us we can’t leave the furniture at the dumpster -and not to mention the building smelled absolutely awful - like something had died in there…and there are dryer sheets hanging in all the vents so they knew about the smell and are trying to cover up the smell. I’m appalled that I was paying an outrageous amount of $ per month for all my stuff to just be ruined. If I could give this place 0 stars I would

Super easy and quick. I needed a spot for a trailer and the other Public Storage locations didn’t have the size I needed but they helped me check availability and put a hold when we found one that matched my needs. They’ll do what they can to help you out
