I was able to get through the application on the phone with Cubesmart fairly quickly since I already had a unit there. They were able to connect the two accounts together so I didn’t have to re-do my personal information except to verify. The girls in the office are always cheerful, willing to answer questions and help in anyway. I m already in a stressful situation but they are always empathetic and willing to help in any way they can. They are a 5 star team.

I had rented a unit here for over a year now, and upon moving out I found thousands of dollars or damaged furniture, electronics, and appliances. There is rat poop and urine everywhere in the unit where the rats call home now. It is pretty sad how the property managers have a "not my problem" attitude. There was no effort to make things right or even to investigate further. They claim that they take preventative measures, which are minimal and do not work, so they really don't care. If you are thinking about using this facility, I would find another option. It is not worth your valuables being ruined over the negligence of the facility.
