Edwin, the manager, went out of his way to bring my wife and I tools to help open a wooden moving crate that was bolted shut. He was incredibly helpful and spent way more time than needed. He provided a great customer experience!
Good so far . . . a few glitches with communication about truck rental, but it all worked out, and am satisfied.
I reserved a unit online just a few hours before I showed up to move in a few items. Completing the remaining paper work was quick and easy.
