Connor was absolutely amazing in helping me and my wife move into a more affordable unit. Didnt hesitate to help us and was quick to find the lowest possible right solution that worked for us. Hein EllisLeased a 10 x 20 unit through the call centre. When we got to the unit it was a 7.5ft unit and not a 10ft unit. Spoke to the call centre about this and all they said is "sorry", and offered another so called 10 x 20 unit 3 doors down. Exactly the same thing. Unit was supposed to fit a car. NOT EVEN CLOSE. their sizes are not correct, dont trust them. They transfered our account to a new unit, but 30 minutes later got a call from the property manager saying they cant honor the price we paid for the first unit, even though the unit they gave us was not even a 10 x 20. So then we told them to refund us. Well dont think you getting your money back, oh no, they charge you a admin fee. Pretty cool deal they have for you, rent online a unit that dont meet the size we told you it is, but its okay of you dont like it we will simple keep some of your money anyway, and just try and lease it to someone else, and make money of it again. Staff is rude, and the call centre hung up on us twice, before we could even get it cancelled. stay away from Public storage, what they tell you on the phone will not be honored.
