I rented this storage unit for about 3-4 months. I really didn’t have any issues. I got the unit when they had a deal going on where it was I believe like $20 cheaper for the next 4 months. I will say there was a day where the elevator didn’t work so it made it difficult because I had to go to the other elevator in the front and then walk everything over to the back where my stuff was. It was probably down for a couple days, but they were very quick to get it fixed as well Which of course is a plus. Sometimes there is a wait If you need to go to the office for anything and they aren’t there because they’re upstairs cleaning then there’s a possibility that you would have to wait. There was one day when I waited for about 10 minutes because I was in a rush, but I know that patience is very important and not everything right when you need it. There is always snacks in water in the front office if you ever need it. Parking can be a little bit weird because you’re pretty much blocking someone else’s storage unit, but I didn’t notice that there aren’t many people who come to the building that is using the outside units so it works out. Overall, I believe that this is a great place to store your items. The staff is really nice. And I personally didn’t have many issues. I have more pictures, but they are way too far down in my gallery for me to try to find them. I was able to stack my items from the top to the floor and hit no problems with it. There are plenty of cards to help you move your items from the ground floor to wherever your unit is.

Been renting here for 6 years. The property is always clean and well kept. Bathrooms are open even when the office is closed and you can grab a free cold water from the office, which is great when your moving on a hot day!

Really like Southlake Storage! Personnel very helpful and friendly and most professional! The place is very clean and I --an older woman--feel very safe and secure there with my belongings! This has been the very best storage place that I have ever rented from and I have had to rent a unit for many years either here in Texas or in Az.

Mariah is fabulous!!!.. Beyond kind and incredibly helpful!… she is so patient and her staff is beyond wonderful :)… The facility is clean… well lit… & I cannot thank everyone for all the help that they have given to me!… I would definitely recommend Southlake Storage to anyone looking for a great place for your valuables & precious memories:)… Thank you guys :)..

I saw a notice of a Garage Sale occurring at Southlake Storage and was curious. I was greeted immediately at the door by Mariah-very very kind and professional!! She explained the process that every year the tenants may participate in a Garage Sale at their storage sites. The experience was wonderful, and all participants were so kind. A map of participants on floors was given and all were extremely kind and welcoming. The whole experience was well worth the stop. Speaking with Mariah I learned they are allowed one G.S. a year. While shopping, the tenants expressed and my personal opinion, would love to see 2 a year. Thank you for a wonderful experience and am looking forward to the next hopefully coming soon. Joy
