We had an exceptionally pleasant experience communicating with the staff of this warehouse at 1974 S Alamo San Antonio! We arrived at the warehouse at 6:30 pm, and despite the fact that the office was already closed, the wonderful employee Adam still helped solve our issue, despite the fact that the office was not working! Thank you for such a competent approach, we will be happy to continue to cooperate with this warehouse!

Adam at Extra Space Storage was absolutely amazing to work with. I’m in the middle of a move and had a lot going on, and he made the entire process so smooth and stress free. He was patient, kind, and took the time to clearly explain my options so I could choose the right unit for my needs. What really stood out to me was how genuine and helpful he was he truly cared about making sure I was taken care of, not just getting me signed up. Customer service like this is rare, and it made a big difference during a busy and stressful time for me. Thank you, Adam, for making this such a positive experience!

Between roaches, maintenence issues, and false advertisement im unhappy. If convenience is what you want I would not come here. The site is not accurate about the 24 hr access that i specifically picked this location for, the door is always out of order and there's roaches. Will add roach pictures once I find them in my gallery Update I wrote this two months ago and that door is still not fixed… things have actually gotten worse now two elevators aren’t working along with the bathroom out of order as well to put the cherry on top of the beautiful Sunday ice cream that they have provided for us, but they want to raise rent every few months for what quality or for them to raise money to get everything fixed?

Adam didn’t outstanding job of helping me. He is a true asset to this company and really embodies your philosophy. The facility is well clean, maintain and one of the best as I visit a tremendous amount of them.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Adam. I lost my keys and was pretty stressed, but he stepped right in and helped me get everything sorted out. He was patient, professional, and genuinely kind. His help made a frustrating situation so much easier. Really appreciate his great customer service!
