Thomas is awesome. Very helpful and understanding. Great customer service all the way around. I took a friend with me and we both rented a unit.
We have used other storage facilities in the past and I cannot say enough good about this Advantage Storage in Rowlett. Thomas, Property Manager, was very helpful. He made sure we knew exactly what we were signing on the contract, how the property is laid out, how to get in and out of the property properly, rules we needed to follow and how to reach him if we had any questions. He also introduced us to Denisha his Assistant Manager and she was very friendly as well. They both made us feel very important. The property is extremely clean and we feel safe here.
I had to move in a hurry. Thomas and Denisha were very helpful and friendly. I felt like they cared about me and my needs. The property is very well kept. They had just what I needed. Thanks to Roger at the Garland location for referring them to me when he didn't have what I needed.
