Moving and storage units are set up to have glitches. But no matter what comes up Nita is already on it! She's super efficient, very pleasant and has quickly responded to us anytime we've needed help. Management matters!!! Nita's get it covered.
The facility is doing some concrete construction. The manager help me move find another unit to use until the work is finish. Awesome customer service at its best. If i had 10 stars i would of.
I was greeted by the King storage manager Miss Fleming. She was very very professional. She gives you all the information that you need to be processed into her facility. She takes the time to explain everything that you need to help. I was very impressed. Miss Fleming. Great customer customer service skills I was very pleased. My Processing was fast quick and very professional. I would recommend this location for anyone that has anything to store. They have plenty of room, and the prices are very reasonable.
This storage facility is not looking to honor the rates offered via the web and states the unit would be more than twice the cost and only as an intro rate, then would go up from there.
