We’ve had a storage unit here for over a year. Especially thankful for the staff (shout out to Andrew and Ryan!) and so love it being indoors. I have always felt safe here, my stuff is safe, and especially in the Texas heat and the current ice storm it’s great to have our stuff indoors and to be able to work/load without having to consider the weather. Thanks for a great experience and if we need another unit in he future we’ll be back here for sure.

Update 3/6/26: Andrew is the best!! He was the only one to finally call me back regarding the issues I experienced and assisted me with making things right. Should anyone encounter any problems, get with Andrew - he's professional, patient and very helpful! Absolutely horrendous!! Not only did I not receive a code upon ordering my unit online, the app did not work. Myself and other customers got locked inside of the elevators and the building. Never got to use the storage. Had to completely rent another storage from Extra Storage space because the main customer service number and the location number just rang - NO ONE answered. I'll never recommend or go back.

Andrew is amazing, we had an issue with my unit, he went out of his way to help me make the switch to another and went above and beyond to help me. Couldn’t have done it without it highly recommend this place

I've used storage facilities for business off and on for 20 years. Here are my thoughts on using this Public Storage location: Security - as a woman I always felt 100% safe here, with the location being locked to outsiders, and elevators only available with an individual users code. The storage space - well maintained and never a climate control issue, however the floor had a tendency to leave white chalky marks on anything placed on the floor. I recommend you bring your own shelving. I would have appreciated better lighting into the space, as the back of the 10x15 could be a little on the dim side. Management - the manager, Andrew, was easy to communicate with and always polite. I deeply appreciated the no-hassle closing of my account with 7 days notice, no one trying to talk me out of moving, and a prompt email confirmation of closure. Fees - I did not enjoy that my rate jumped twice within a year. This was my reason for leaving. To be fair, they did give 30 days notice before any rate hikes. Moving carts - the oversize carts were great for moving a lot of inventory all at once, and within the year there was almost always a cart available for use. Other customers - Because this location has a covered drive through area, other customers would sometimes block the drive by parking on either side of the drive through. Large moving vans would make this area hard to maneuver as well.

I just rented a storage unit for the first time today. Andrew was very informative and helpful. He made the renting process so smooth, he answered all of our questions and we left with the keys to our new unit in less than 20 minutes.
