I chose to rent a storage space at Public Storage in Prosper, Tx. The facility is large and very nice. The units are clean and well maintained. This is a climate controlled unit which is very nice. They also have nice flats carts to load our boxes on to take to the unit. The Facility Manager there helped me with entry via my phone as I did not quite understand how to use this. This is a very secure and safe facility.
Google UserHorrible. We have not had light by our unit for 6 months. We plan to get out of this place but we had a car accident so that is delaying the moving out process. Do NOT rent from this location. Horrible service. Now the wheels on the carts are falling off

I just can’t say enough about the staff working here at this location. I was in there the other day and needed help with my storage unit and had Matthew help me. I appreciate Matthew so much for taking a few minutes out of his busy schedule to help me with my storage unit.

Very very nice and can only recommend everybody to get a storage unit there above and look out for Elvis because she was very helpful and very friendly and that's exactly it is also a small business owner, but I call customer service and she went above and beyond help me with all my little problems and I'm absolutely overwhelmed about so much

I’ve had the worst experience with my current storage facility in Aubrey Texas, who were going to lock me out of my unit if I didn’t pay their overly expensive up charge and I needed an EASY! FAST!storage unit in UNDER 30 MINUTES! They called me, confirmed all my information, went through all the agreements chatted me all the way through it and got me a unit so fast I am SHOCKED 😮 with the service. It was like I said ✨AMAZING✨. Very thankful that Angela and Arnold were there to help me throughout this and I’m looking forward to moving into my new unit TODAY!!
