The price is good till they tell you that you have to have insurance.. I think it should be up to the customer & not forced.. People know what they are getting into & what could happen putting their stuff in a public storage..
I got mine super fast tok less then 10 minutes total to reserve it online & then received a phone call right afterwards to verify everything & pay. She sent me emails while on the phone with me with all the info I needed. Very personal and detailed service. I appreciate it very much, Thank you!.
