The representative name: (Heather) was very courteous and assist with the payment at the Kenox office. Also, the day when I move in the space for my truck, So I stop by the Public Storage office and asked (Heather) can she give me a ride at the transit center downtown Plano, TX. 3500 W. 14th street, Plano, Tx. ** That was so much of a blessing, my prayers are with (Heather) for a better and brighter future of her life and children. (Love you, Heather ***) May God bless!!!
The spot turned out to be at a T bone in the complex and made putting the boat in super easy.
Everything is amazing
I really liked the site and the storage facility, in general, due to the cleanliness, ease is pulling up the door to my unit (I am a petite lightweight female and this would have been a deal breaker), the close distance from where I am currently staying, the area Lighting, enough time to safely enter the gate (it might actually allow too much time), and the access hours available to my unit! HOWEVER, The Site Manager, LATASHA, is the Strongest Asset and the Best Selling Point that this location has!!! She is knowledgeable, personable, patient, does not make you feel hurried, professional, and gives much welcome advice on ways to efficiently use your storage unit. Did I mention that Latasha DESERVES a LARGE Raise? Latasha ROCKS!!!
