I needed a space for th visual garage clutter including some motorcycles. I was able to get a huge unit for a great price and located close to home. I have already recommended this location to several friends.
The storage is nice for the price. I had an indoor unit for 2 years, and it flooded once. Some boxes got wet, but nothing of value was damaged. Other than that, everything else works, has been clean, and I haven't needed help. As with any storage, most depends on who your neighbors are, and who's around when you go, but that has not been a problem for me.
We arrived about 10 minutes early on Sunday to look at the unit. Manager was on-site and graciously welcomed us in. The building is clean, a police officer lives on site (an extra perk.) Best of all, they are closer to our house and are saving us money. Hard to argue with that.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean facility, definitely reccomend!
Prices seem to have increased in the past month, but this was still within budget. The 10x10 indoor unit is clean, feel safe inside, no issues with access. Elevator worked fine and no issue getting our stuff in. Our home policy covers their insurance requirement, which is positive. One time use of a truck within 14 days is a nice feature. They also waive the $25 admin fee if you schedule online.
