This company"s employees stole out of my unit and did not give me the proper notice of when of when they were going to sell my property where they were going to sell it and it was a day after Christmas. Then they have the nerve to say you will have to pay them for the remaining balance. The manager never called me to discuss the issue. They sold it quickly to cover up the fact that I was filing a insurance claim also it had federal documents in there which is against the law. Possible aggravated Identity theft.

Oh my god she’s the best!!! I don’t know her name but she short she can out to try to help me with my jam door someone hit my storage door and I could not get in my daughter was so upset I was upset, but she handled it with great customer service. The police came out, made a report. I was trying to move my stuff out to not get charged. She closed out my account for me and still allowed me to come back to get my items and understood the situation and that the person could not make it to open The door person would have not made it for another hour and I had to get to work thank you thank you thank you thank you you are a great person. Great location!!!!! I wish I knew her name but she is very short and nice .. thank u again !!!

I went to this location because, I wanted to see if the customer service and area was better than prior locations i have used. After speaking with Miranda, she did not hesitate to help or answer any questions that I had. She was very knoweldgeable and was glad to help with whatever i needed to meet my needs.Miranda's customer service skills are impecable.

Never had a problem till 4/2024 when they broke into my unit. Now again 6/2025. I pay over $200 for them not to even do their rounds and get a call about no lock on unit just to find out they broke into it again. Want you to pay on time but can't protect there units.

Been renting in Section A by the front. Since December of 2024. There has not been any Climate control is this are. And all they the staff kept saying it was going to cost 23,000. To fix. I think Cube Smart forgets how big of a storage business they run. And that it’s not my fault. Clerk signing me in said,” That if next month it’s not fix. He will give me a discount.” In which He lost memory and can’t abide by his own words. So everyone in this section you have no air climate. And guess what ya . It’s May , third week . And it now works , except on Sundays. I guess they cutting back again. Run folks, not here are you getting anything. This is my second location running from. The one on Fuqua has great outstanding prices . But homeless people in building at all times. They live in the back of building. During the weather is horrible. And no one to contact. Same goes for Broadway. After me , they been jumping to hide everything.
