Everything was as should be. Gate was ready to operate. Unit was clean and nothing complicated with the lock. I've had issues at other storage units with the gate. Getting it open .... And then it being open and not locked.
Great place easy convenient food for the money 24/7 access
So far so good. I just moved in. I love that it has 24 hr access. I had a hard time finding that when I moved from San Antonio to here. Nice facility. And the price is right! Thanks
The facility is fully self service. We were able to book online and were given a gate code and lock code to access the unit. It was a very easy experience. We did use SpareFoot and even though it has the move in date correct there was no way to change the move in date on the facilities website from the current date so we had to wait until our preferred move in date before we could actually purchase the unit.
This is only my 2nd time using a storage facility, so I am not an expert, but kudos! It was so easy to reserve online. Had a bit of an issue (all on me) when I arrived with the paperwork, but I figured it out and got moved in pretty quick. I love the automated gate access, although I wish there was an app for the tenant portal, it would make things like accessing my account and opening the gate easier to navigate to.
